- We provide design and development services per written proposal.
- Ownership of final deliverables is transferred once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a prior NDA is in place.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a remedy where a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Our services comply with ACL obligations. If you believe our service has failed to meet a guarantee, please refer to our dispute process below.
- Services are provided with due care and skill.
- If a major failure occurs, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation.
- Claims must be raised within a reasonable time — typically within 12 months for digital services, subject to the scope in a signed contract.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed according to the contract and ACL. For fixed-fee projects, partial refunds may apply for work not delivered. For subscription services, cancellations follow the stated billing cycle.
Payment methods: Card, bank transfer, or approved gateways. Chargebacks should be used only when disputes cannot be resolved with us directly.

Escalation steps:
